• Fresh raw milk delivery subscriptions
• Desi ghee products in various sizes
• Location-based delivery services

• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
• Provide accurate and complete information
• Reside in our serviceable delivery areas

4. Account Registration

If you create an account with us, you are responsible for:

• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
• Providing accurate and up-to-date information

5. Orders and Payments

5.1 Order Placement

When you place an order:

• Order confirmation does not guarantee delivery until payment is verified

5.2 Pricing

All prices are displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors even after order confirmation.

• For cash on delivery, payment is due upon delivery
• For online payments, payment must be completed before order processing
• Refunds will be processed according to our refund policy

Delivery terms:

• We deliver to predefined serviceable areas only
• Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed
• You must provide accurate delivery addresses
• We are not responsible for delays due to incorrect addresses or unavailability
• Delivery fees may apply and will be communicated during checkout

7. Product Quality and Freshness

We strive to provide the freshest products:

• All products are sourced and handled according to quality standards
• Storage and handling instructions will be provided
• Report any quality issues within 24 hours of delivery
• We will replace or refund products that do not meet quality standards

8. Subscriptions

For milk subscription services:

• Subscriptions are billed monthly or as per selected frequency
• You can modify or cancel your subscription at any time
• Cancellation must be made at least 24 hours before the next delivery
• No refunds for partial subscription periods
• We reserve the right to modify subscription terms with notice

9. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation and refund policy:

• Orders can be cancelled before processing begins
• Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
• Refund method depends on original payment method
• No refunds for completed deliveries unless quality issues are reported
• Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time

10. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Violate any laws or regulations
• Interfere with or disrupt our services
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
